and accessories catalog and Makita information service operated and
maintained by Louis Williams & Sons (LWS), an independent Makita
distributor. "Makita" is the trademark of, servicemark of, and is
copyright by Makita Corporation, and is used on MyToolSource.com
solely in description of Makita products, warranties and services
they provide. No other connection exists, or is implied, between LWSI
and Makita. "User" means each person who accesses or establishes any
type of network connection via the Internet or other means with MyToolSource.com
or the server(s) hosting it or any mirrors.
- Liability.
LWS is not responsible for any injury sustained through the use of
any tools purchased through LWS, whether the injury is incured through
use or misuse, delivery, storage, handling or mishandling. LWS is
not responsible for any loss of business or livelihood due to any
malfunction or misoperation of any tool purchased through LWS. It
is the User's responsibility to observe safe and prudent tool-handling
practices.
- Access.
Users agree to in no way attempt to "hack" or otherwise gain unlawful
access to our server, its files or directories, nor to copy the images,
HTML code, layout or design of MyToolSource.com, whether for personal
or commercial use.
- Warranty
we provide no warranty as to the suitability of any particular makita
tool to your needs; descriptions and specifications are intended as
recommendations only, and are provided by Makita corp. we accept no
responsibility for any consequence of your use of Makita tools, including
but not limited to personal injury, property damage, change in political
parties or death. All tool warranty repair or replacement is solely
the domain of Makita corp. Our responsibility is limited to replacement
of tools or parts delivered in error or damaged in transit due to
packing problems, or refund of purchase price, less shipping and a
15% restocking fee.

while we make every effort to help you determine which parts you need
for repair of your makita tool, we are not responsible for misordered
parts; if you order it, you pay for it. We accept returns of merchandise
in resellable condition, less a 15% restocking fee.
- General
LWSI shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any
aspect or feature of MyToolSource.com, including, but not limited
to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access
or use.
- Prices.
While LWSI makes every attempt to update and maintain current prices,
because our database contains over 13,000 items, mis-priced items
may escape our notice. LWS reserves the right to make corrections
on an on-going basis, without prior notice.
- Caveats
LWS reserves the right to at any time change or modify the terms
and conditions applicable to User's use of MyToolSource.com, or any
part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited
to, adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications,
additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice
thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to,
posting on makita-direct.com. Any use of MyToolSource.com by Users
after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by User
of such changes, modifications or additions.
